Built by Someone Who’s Been in the Seat

BalzESystems was founded by Erin Balzer, a former sales enablement and operations leader with over a decade of experience. That experience was built within a world-class global manufacturer — Caterpillar — and one of its largest, top-performing dealers in the country, operating at the intersection of enterprise scale and daily execution. It required designing systems that worked under real pressure, across real handoffs, and with real accountability.

The Work Included:

  • Building and scaling sales enablement functions from the ground up

  • Designing CRM, quoting, and workflow systems used daily by sales and operations teams

  • Supporting and partnering with sales leadership, field teams, operations, service and executive stakeholders

  • Fixing breakdowns caused by growth, misalignment, and rigid processes

  • Working directly with Caterpillar to align dealership and OEM execution

  • Collaborating closely with developers to implement net-new systems and manage change adoption

  • Aligning departments, incentives, and accountability across the organization

How We Think

BalzESystems operates on a few core principles:

  • Diagnose before prescribing

  • Systems should support movement, not slow it down

  • Sales and operations must be aligned—culture doesn’t stop at sales

  • Visibility matters, but control kills momentum

  • Scale requires structure, not rigidity

If dashboards look great but teams are stuck, the system isn’t working.

Why BalzESystems Went Independent

At a certain point, it became clear that the work being done internally was the same work many organizations needed—but without the politics, delay, or half-measures.

BalzESystems was built to:

  • Move faster

  • Diagnose honestly

  • Design systems around reality, not org charts

  • Deliver clarity without corporate drag

The goal isn’t disruption for disruption’s sake. It’s execution that works.

I don’t build theories — I build systems that hold up when the pressure’s on.
